Line of Credit Application

Thank you for your interest in our services here at Wilkens Trailers and its subsidiaries. To better serve your needs, we request that the following credit application and credit agreement be completed in its entirety. This credit application & credit agreement will be for establishing a line of credit to be utilized solely for parts, service or rentals and will not provide any line of credit to be applied towards new or used trailer purchases.

This Credit Appliction asks for general information about you or the company for which you are requesting credit to be granted. Upon completion of this form, simply click on the submit button and your secured information will be processed.

NOTE: The Authorization for Release must be checked for the application to be submitted. Any financial statements that coincide with this application can be forward to Wilkens Trailers.

ALSO NOTE: The Credit Agreement must also be filled out, signed, and returned to Wilkens - Stockton, KS before a line of credit will be issued.

Authorization for Release:

For the purpose of securing an open credit account, I authorize all deposits and borrowing information to be released by telephone or facsimile.

If approved for an open credit amount I agree to pay all invoices according to the terms thereof. I understand that a late payment interest charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) and an additional late payment charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) each month payment is late (on rental trailers) may be charged to my account for any past due invoice(s).

I hereby certify that the information provided in this credit application and any enclosed financial statements are correct. If subsequent events render the above information invalid, or there is a material and/or unfavorable change in our financial position, Wilkens Manufacturing, Inc. will be notified in writing.
